FORD MODELS SELECTS ELEPHANT OUTLOOK EMAIL FOR ITS ENTERPRISE
CLOUD COMPUTING STRATEGY

WINTER HAVEN, FLA. (June 4, 2009)  — Ford Models, (fordmodels.com) the world’s top modeling-management company, selected Elephant Outlook (elephantoutlook.com) as the core vendor for its enterprise cloud computing strategy.
Elephant provides email messaging, collaboration, policy and compliance services to Ford Models.  With Elephant, employees securely access email messages, contacts, tasks and calendars in real-time, whether in the office or on location.

Elephant helped develop and implement Ford’s email security and compliance policy, providing a proprietary searchable archiving solution to meet the modeling firm’s retention and compliance requirements.
According to industry studies, the cost of running Microsoft Exchange internally runs in excess of $50 per month per mailbox, excluding the cost of compliance.  Elephant’s hosted email and compliance services are a fraction of these costs and unmatched in the industry.  With Elephant, Ford also eliminated the need for upfront investments in infrastructure.
