Introduction

The privacy and security of your information is important to Elephant Outlook, LLC (“Elephant Outlook”). This privacy policy is intended to describe the kinds of information we may collect on www.elephantoutlook.com and other Elephant Outlook websites other than www.protectedtrust.com (sometimes referred to herein as the “websites”), how we use and share that information, how we endeavor to protect that information, how we make changes to this policy, and how you can contact us if you have any questions about this policy..

Although the websites include links to Client Login sites for Web Admin, Outlook, and Remote Desktop Assistance, this Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by Elephant Outlook through those password protected sites or through customer use of the Elephant Outlook services. Use of those password protected sites and of all Elephant Outlook services is governed by Elephant Outlook’s Terms of Service Agreement with its customer.

Information Collected

Elephant Outlook may collect the following information about you on the websites:

• Information we require to provide services to you, including the contents of emails and other materials you may provide to us through the websites in connection with our products and services;

Guidelines Regarding Children

Elephant Outlook requires that all account holders be 18 years or age or older. In addition, our websites, products, and services are not designed for or directed to children under the age of 13, and Elephant Outlook will not intentionally collect or maintain data about any person under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide personally identifiable information of any kind whatsoever.

Third Party Privacy Policies

Elephant Outlook is not responsible for the content of unaffiliated sites to which it links, and those sites are not covered by this privacy policy.

Security of Information

Elephant Outlook takes reasonable precautions to help protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Although Elephant Outlook uses reasonable efforts to help protect your information, transmission via the Internet is not completely secure. Therefore Elephant Outlook cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted using our websites, products, or services; and any transmission is at your own risk.
